The “M”

Similar to a Vienna lager, the Bregenz “M” is a beer rich in malt perfectly balanced with its’ bittersweet aftertaste.  

Originally from Bavaria, Germany, Marzen (meaning “March”) is a rare traditional beer brewed only during spring and aged/lagered throughout the summer, and generally drunk during Oktoberfest as its reputation grew to becoming a festive icon after the Austrian war.

Aroma: Malt, toast-ish

Flavor: Floral, spicy, herbal.

Through a series of tests we have also concluded that our beer, “M”, paired up with the following ingredients and foods will in fact enhance not only the taste but as well as the already unique experience that our beers provide:
