Bitter, peppery and with a hint of citrus, Bregenz “I” or Bregenz IPA, is considered to be an entry level beverage in the world of craft beer.

The production of the “I” is centered around it’s Hop’s taste, smell and bitterness. Giving us a unique aroma or should we say aromas. Dry hopping is the act of adding hops in the middle of beer fermentation to give it it’s flavor. However, by adding the hops only a few days before bottling, you get the freshest possible hop aroma throughout your beer without much loss of taste. This however leads to a myriad of different floral and fruity aromas, much to the dismay of our web designers.

Aroma: grapefruit, citrus, peach, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit, lychee and pine.

Through a series of tests we have also concluded that our beer, “I”, paired up with the following ingredients and foods will in fact enhance not only the taste but as well as the already unique experience that our beers provide:
