QUESTIONS?
Our beer is made with only three ingredients: water, barley and hops. We follow the German purity law, which is a centuries-old regulation that limits the ingredients in beer to ensure its quality and safety. This law also reflects our respect for the tradition and heritage of beer making in Germany.
However, we also acknowledge that the German purity law can be seen as too restrictive and outdated by some people, who prefer more variety and creativity in their beer. That is why we also offer some beers that do not follow the law, but use other ingredients such as yeast, wheat, rye, spices, fruits, and herbs. These beers can offer different flavors and styles that you might enjoy.
So whether you are looking for a classic or a modern beer, we have something for you. We invite you to try our beers and discover the diversity and quality of our products.

How you store and serve your beer can affect its taste, quality, and freshness. Here are some general tips on how to store and serve your beer:
• Store your beer in a cool and dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Sunlight and heat can cause your beer to spoil or skunk, which means it will develop an unpleasant odor and flavor. Ideally, you should store your beer at a temperature of 4°C to 10°C (39°F to 50°F), depending on the style of beer.
• Serve your beer at the appropriate temperature, according to the style of beer. Different styles of beer have different optimal serving temperatures, which can affect the aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel of the beer. Generally, lighter and lower alcohol beers should be served colder than darker and higher alcohol beers. For example, lagers and pilsners should be served at 4°C to 7°C (39°F to 45°F), while stouts and porters should be served at 13°C to 16°C (55°F to 61°F).
• Use the right glassware for your beer, according to the style of beer. Different shapes and sizes of glasses can enhance or diminish the appearance, aroma, flavor, and carbonation of the beer. Generally, narrower and taller glasses are better for lighter and more carbonated beers, while wider and shorter glasses are better for darker and less carbonated beers. For example, pilsner glasses are good for pilsners and pale ales, while snifter glasses are good for stouts and barleywines.
• Pour your beer properly, according to the style of beer. Different styles of beer have different levels of carbonation and foam head, which can affect the taste and texture of the beer. Generally, you should tilt your glass at a 45-degree angle and pour the beer slowly along the side of the glass until it is half full, then straighten the glass and pour the rest of the beer down the middle to create a foam head. The size of the foam head depends on the style of beer, but usually it should be about one to two inches thick.
We hope these tips help you enjoy our beers better. Cheers!
